The area surrounding the Rabun Gap-Nachoochee School includes many local motels, cottage rentals, and campgrounds.

Lodging

Our program is located in Rabun Gap, Georgia, which is a few miles north of Clayton, Georgia, a few miles south of Franklin, N.C., and just next to Dillard, Georgia.

Note: YAHS 2008 arrival occurs over the July 4th holiday weekend and we expect hotels to fill up early. Rooms are being at the Holiday Inn Express in Dillard, Ga., for Young Artist's Harp Competition and Seminar families at a discounted rate of $94 per night. Please book early and ask for our group rate.

The closest places to stay are the Holiday Inn Express and the Dillard House, both in Dillard. Both hotels are just a few minutes drive from our campus. The Dillard House is also renowned for their Southern Cooking home style meals. The Mountain Valley Inn and Ramada Inn are also in Dillard.

In Clayton there is a Quality Inn, and a Days Inn, as well as the Old Clayton Inn and the Stonebrook Inn.
