Recreation

The Rabun Gap area is filled with mountain recreational activities: hiking trails, waterfalls, lakes, and beautiful scenery abound. Depending on availability and interest, students will have the option to participate in tubing, lake swimming, hiking, horseback riding, picnicking, trips to the local ice-cream parlor, and more. Structured activities like tubing and lake swimming are planned every few days to give students a break from musical activities. On-campus activities like sand volleyball, tennis (bring your own rackets and balls!), basketball, a track, and quiet pathways are always available during students' free time.
